Fixed fee philosophy
Transparent fixed fees for immigration work
We work on a fixed fee basis and our average fees for the most commonly used services are shown in our Fee Table below. Should our fee be subject to VAT, this will be payable extra, in addition to our fee.
Please kindly note that fees in the fee table are an estimate set in view of the anticipated average number of hours to be dedicated to your case. After the initial consultation we will provide a fixed fee offer, depending on the nature and complexity of your case.

The fee shown is for one (main) applicant. Dependents / additional applicants: an additional fee of 50% of the main application fee will be added for every additional applicant or dependent. Depending on the number of additional applicants or dependents we may be able to offer you a discount for a combined fee.

Payments
When and how to pay
Invoices due within 10 calendar days
Withdrawing instructions: Should you withdraw instructions part-way through your immigration case, we will charge you for all work we have undertaken on your behalf, at an hourly rate of £150 p/h plus VAT where applicable. The balance between the fee due for the work undertaken and fees paid will be returned to you by bank transfer or cheque upon receipt of your written confirmation on termination of instructions.
- 1
All our fees are payable in Pound Sterling (GBP).
- 2
It is our normal practice to receive 100% of the Fixed Fee upon receiving your instructions. Any money taken in advance of work done will be paid into a separate bank account that we operate as a client account. Once part of the services have been rendered, for example, application form had been drafted and documents collated, 50% of the fee you paid will become due to us, and will be transferred from client account into our business account. The balance will become due to us once the application is submitted / appeal sent etc. (whichever services you instructed us to provide) and the funds will be transferred to the company’s business account.
- 3
Payments are due within 10 calendar days from the date invoice is issued (sent to your email address or posted to the address we have for you on our file).
- 4
If an invoice remains unpaid in full or in part, without you having made a payment arrangement with us, then we reserve the right to withdraw our services to you in future until the debt is paid.
- 5
It is your duty to inform us of a change of your actual or postal address in advance in writing. The Company will not be held liable for loss of correspondence or receipt of correspondence by any non-authorised person if sent to the address we hold for you on our file.
- 6
If payment is not made in time, we will charge you interest at 10% per annum from the date the invoice became due. Interest is charged on a daily basis. If you have a query in respect of any bill sent to you then you should contact us straight away.
- 7
You can pay our fee either with a cheque or a banker’s draft made payable to ‘MS Visas and Immigration Ltd.’, or by making your payment directly into our bank account. Should you wish to pay into our account please contact us for our bank account details.
- 8
You can pay the fee in cash at our reception however this will involve a surcharge of 2% on top of the fee, to cover bank fees and admin costs.
- 9
Should an unforeseen complexity arise or where due to the specifics of your case it would involve more complex or additional work, we will inform you of this in advance, before carrying out any additional work for you.
